Why isn't my battery charging from the grid?

Ensure that charging schedules are correctly configured in the app. E.g. the correct charge times are set, a charge rate is entered (this will depend on your inverter size 3.6k = 3600w, 4.6k=4600, 5k= 5000w & 6k=6000w) and that the toggle in the right corner is on.

If you're using a smart tariff, check that the integration has been requested and completed. If not, you may need to submit a form to initiate the process via this link: Smart Tariff Integration Form.

Please also note that the battery temperature can affect the battery’s charge rate. If temperatures are low your battery may charge slower to protect the long-term performance of the cells.
