# What circumstances does my warranty not cover on my inverter?

The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory rights. If you have a problem with your product, your first point of contact should be the retailer you purchased from.

While we strive to ensure the best product quality, there are some situations where our manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.
