Why can’t I see my customers plant on the companies monitoring account?

If you can't see your customer's plant on the company's monitoring account, check the following:

  1. Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure the inverter is connected to Wi-Fi. The white and green lights should be permanently on.
  2. Plant Setup: Verify that the customer has added the plant and completed the local setup.
  3. Inverter Status: Confirm the inverter is powered on.
  4. Storage Selection: Make sure "storage" was selected during the plant setup process.
  5. Subaccount Linking: Check if the subaccount has been linked to the customer's account on the Dura i monitoring website.
Once you've verified these points, you should be able to see the plant!
