If you can't see your customer's plant on the company's monitoring account, check the following:
- Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure the inverter is connected to Wi-Fi. The white and green lights should be permanently on.
- Plant Setup: Verify that the customer has added the plant and completed the local setup.
- Inverter Status: Confirm the inverter is powered on.
- Storage Selection: Make sure "storage" was selected during the plant setup process.
- Subaccount Linking: Check if the subaccount has been linked to the customer's account on the Dura i monitoring website.
