Is my Duracell Energy system compatible with third-party EV chargers?

Your Duracell Energy system is compatible with other EV charging brands; however, your system is designed to reach optimal performance with our own Duracell Energy chargers. If you do charge your EV with a third-party charger, this power may be pulled from your home battery storage. Please also note you will not be able to control your third-party charger from the Duracell Energy app.
