      I am unable to power on the Dura-I (No lights when Energising the Inverter). What should I do?

      Follow the power down procedure in the following order;

      1. AC Isolator off, Batteries off and then PV switch and PV Breaker.
      2. Then remove the Inverter to Battery Comms Cable.
      3. Now repeat the Turn on Procedure in the following order; PV Switch and PV Breaker, Batteries and then AC Connection.
      4. The inverter will now power on, if the issue persists please check both the DC and AC inputs to the Inverter as the Dura-I requires 1 form of each to power on.
      5. Once the cables and connections have been checked and you are still experiencing issues, please phone the Duracell Technical Support line on 01836 577845.
