How do I set a schedule charge from my Dura I monitoring platform?

Open and log into the Dura I monitoring platform
Head to ‘Service’ – ‘Global Search’
Enter the customers serial number (including the DH or PH at the end)
Select ‘Remote settings’
Enter the password (if you do not have the password, please contact Duracell Energy Account manager)
Select ‘Hybrid setting’ – ‘Work Mode’
Select ‘read’
Ensure ‘Time based control’ is enabled
Enter charge or discharge times ensuring to select ‘Every day’ if the charge is reoccurring.
Select ‘Upload’ to ensure the charges are saved
