How do I reconnect the system if I change my Wi-Fi?
You'll be able to reconnect your system by updating your Wi-Fi details in the relevent app's settings. If your inverter is a Duracell Energy product, log into the Dura-i app and connect your new Wi-Fi. You can follow these steps:
-
Download the Dura-i App
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and download the Dura-i app to your smartphone or tablet.
-
Open the App and Select Local Connection
Once installed, launch the app. On the login screen, tap the “Local Connection” button.
-
Press “Continue Local Connection”
This begins the process of establishing a local connection with your inverter.
-
Scan the Inverter’s Barcode
Use your device's camera to scan the barcode located on your inverter.
Note: If you're unable to see or scan the barcode, continue to the next step.
-
Use Manual Connection (if needed)
Tap “Manual Connection” to proceed without scanning. This will allow the app to connect to the inverter manually.
-
You will need to enter the password set up by your installer. If you have forgotten this press the bluetooth sign on the top left of the pop up three times. This will allow you to reset your password.
-
Connect to Your Inverter
The app will now establish a local connection with your Duracell Energy inverter.
-
Access Quick Set Up
Navigate to the “Quick Set Up” option, located in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
