Why isn't my battery charging from the grid?

Go to the Scheduled Control page, you can click on the Battery icon on the Energy Flow view. Alternatively, please click the pull down menu and select "Scheduled Control".

Ensure that the Start and End time are selected and Frequency are correct. Ensure the charge rate is entered (this will depend on your inverter size 3.6k = 3600w, 4.6k=4600, 5k= 5000w & 6k=6000w) and that the toggle in the right corner is on.

If you're using a smart tariff, check that the integration has been requested and completed. If not, you may need to submit a form to initiate the process via this link: Smart Tariff Integration Form.

Please also note that the battery temperature can affect the battery’s charge rate. If temperatures are low your battery may charge slower to protect the long-term performance of the cells.
