Why is my Duracell Energy app showing Data Unavailable?

If, on your Duracell Energy App, the top left-hand corner of your device says "Data Unavailable," there are only 3 reasons for this. If you press the ‘i’ circled next to this, it will show you a pop-up to help you know what could be causing the lack of data.

  • Data unavailable – No readings Available.

This usually will be after it has been commissioned and there has been a loss of wifi or internet signal with your inverter. Please look to reconnect the inverter as soon as possible.   • Data unavailable - Invalid 'Inverter' Serial Number

This will usually happen on install, where within the Duracell Energy app the product serial number has been entered incorrectly. This means that the inverter/product cannot communicate with the Duracell Energy app.

An example serial number will look like:

Solis inverter serial number example - 6031040228190587
Duracell Inverter serial number example - 2418-60480143PH 

Make sure to include the hyphen and the PH at the end. This is an editable field, so it can be corrected post-install.

  • Data unavailable - Error

This would only be the case if the Inverter either hasn’t been fully commissioned or there is an error in how the Inverter is communicating with the App Server. As the Inverter cannot communicate with the App Server, the App Server cannot pass the data back to the Duracell Energy App.
