Why is my battery is not working with my Solis inverter?

Although Puredrive has a great relationship with Solis, where all our Batteries (Puredrive or Duracell Energy) are compatible with either the Solis S5 or S6 models.

With our Solis integration, please be mindful that we are not the manufacturer of the inverter or the installer.

Only when we are ‘added as a guest ’ can we view the system's performance and settings.

We do not have the ability to change settings or update firmware; in this case you would need to call to the Solis help desk or the installer to adjust settings on your behalf.
