What do the different lights mean on the Dura-i G3 Inverter?

Displayed on the front view of the Dura-i G3 is an LED indicator, which shows the status of the inverter. For more details on what each light colour means, see below:

Solid green - This indicates that your Dura-i is in working order

Flashing green - A flashing green light on your Dura-i G3 inverter means the system is in standby mode and not actively providing power.

Solid Blue - If your Dura-i G3 inverter has a blue light, this often means it's in off-grid mode, or there may be a system fault.

Solid Red - A solid red light on your Dura-i G3 inverter indicates that a fault has occurred

If any of the three warning lights are on, please follow the steps below.

    • Make sure all breakers and switches (for PV, battery, and AC) are securely on, and check for any obvious loose cables or visible damage around the inverter.
    • If the alarm happens only once and goes away after a restart or reset, the inverter should return to normal operation by itself.
    • If the red light keeps coming back or the inverter will not work, stop and contact the installer who originally fitted your system.

Safety note: Never open or attempt internal repairs on the inverter. If you’re not sure what to do, it’s always best to get support from a qualified technician.
