If you are selling your house with your warranted Duracell Energy system, what must I do?

  • DO NOT attempt to remove the system yourself
  • Leave all installation documentation with your solicitor to hand over to the new homeowner when the time comes.
  • Isolate the system completely, turning off the PV (solar), the AC (power supply) and the DC (individual batteries) connected to the inverter. Aiming to leave the batteries with an SOC of 100%.
  • Inform Puredrive Energy Ltd that you are selling your house with the system installed via the support.uk@duracellenergy.com and we will update your warranty registration details.
