If I have bought a house that has an existing Duracell Energy product installed, what are the next steps?

When purchasing your house, the seller should have provided some documentation relating to the system via your solicitor, which will tell you the installation date and who the installer was. The installer was most likely the person who sold the system to the previous homeowner.

If the system is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will have a record of the system (by Serial number, Installation address, and previous homeowner's name) if the Installer or previous homeowner registered the manufacturer’s warranty.

Please contact support.uk@duracellenergy.com so that we can update the manufacturer’s warranty details and any system records we hold. In order to update our records, we may ask you for proof of your new address. If the system was not correctly registered with us by the original owner, your system may not have a manufacturer’s warranty.
