How to set customers up on the Duracell Energy App?
After the system has been installed and commissioned, the installer will need to register the user on the Duracell Energy App. Once registered the homeowner will unlock access to all of the features of the app including; system performance, scheduled charging, historical energy summaries, and tariff-based charging features.

Step 1
From the installer home screen on the Duracell Energy app, select Homeowner Registration for Battery and select install on new site.
Step 2
Next, scan the inverter QR code, which will automatically populate the inverter ID field.
If entering manually, make sure it is entered exactly as shown, including the hyphen and the PH at the end of the serial number. An incorrectly inputted serial number will mean the app is not linked correctly to the system and will not display any data.
Continue filling out the customer's details on this screen and press submit – a confirmation message should now be displayed to show the homeowner has been registered successfully.
Step 3
The customer will then receive an email to the address entered in step 2, from Duracell Energy with temporary login details. Allowing them to access the app and begin monitoring their system.
Once they are logged in, they will be prompted to edit their login details.
