How much physical space do I need to install a Dura-i inverter?

For both Dura i G2 and G3 inverters alike, the clearances around the inverter are the same:

Above - 500mm
Below - 600mm
Front - 1000mm
Left side - 200mm
Right side - 350mm

If you are installing multiple inverters at the same height, we would advise 350mm between each inverter as a minimum.

The physical dimensions for the inverters are:

G2

Height – 494.5mm

Width – 585mm

Depth – 210mm

G3

Height - 533mm

Width – 377mm

Depth – 206mm

When looking at Battery selections the Dura 5 and 16 have no specific clearance requirements however they should be in a well-ventilated space to prevent heat build-up around the unit. Also, that they should be installed away from heat sources, open flames, and flammable materials.
