How do I get my Duracell Energy Login details as a homeowner?

As part of the installation process, your installer should be setting up a Duracell Energy account with the homeowner.

You will receive an email from noreply-app@duracellenergy.com with temporary login credentials for you to enter once you have downloaded the Duracell Energy App. Once the account is logged into, the option will prompt you to reset the password.

This will give the homeowner the ability to monitor their system's performance, set scheduled charges, view historical energy summary’s as well as having the ability to align their charging patterns to a cheap rate tariff provided by their energy provider.
