How do I create a Duracell Energy app login for the end user?

Login into the Duracell Energy app, with the installer credentials provided by Duracell Energy as part of the onboarding process. If you have lost your login credentials, you can reset your password via the Duracell Energy App.

Once logged in, press ‘homeowner registration for battery’

Press ‘install on new site’

Scan the inverter QR code or barcode. There is a manual option for entering the serial number. Make sure that the number includes the hyphen and the PH at the end eg. 1234-12345678PH

Select ‘Timezone’

Select ‘Language’

Input customers: name, address, postcode and email

Click ‘submit’

A message should pop up stating ‘homeowner registered successfully’

The customer will now receive an email from Duracell Energy with temporary credentials to help set up their app
