How do I check for alarms on the Dura-I Monitoring platform?
- Open and log into the Dura I monitoring platform
- Head to ‘Service’ – ‘Global Search’
- Enter the customers serial number (including the DH or PH at the end)
- Once into the correct plant and inverter, look at the Energy flow chart
- Check for live alarms via the small orange speaker in the bottom right-hand corner
- Historical alarms can be checked in the Logs page
- If an alarm is active resort to the inverter user manual to check step by step on how to resolve/deal with the issue.
