Can I buy a 2nd hand Duracell/ Puredrive Energy product to add to my system?
Products purchased second hand from an unauthorised seller will not be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Your consumer rights are with the business trader, retailer, or seller that you purchased your system from. Any 2nd hand additions to a working, warranted system will cause the manufacturer’s warranty for all products within that system to be invalidated.
